Andy's Recommendation of the week :

Heroes TV Series - Scifi Channel - Mondays at 10pm

A group of completely different individuals united by one thing. They all have super natural powers. The first few episodes of the series explore how the characters discover their unique talents, the series goes on to unite these superheroes in an attempt to stop a nuclear war.

Great for science fiction fans but plenty there for everyone.

BBC Comedy - Rush Hour

New comedy series this week starting on Digital channel BBC THREE. The programme explores a range of characters all in a very similar environment, the car. Spoilt a little by a laughter track this comedy introduces some new talent as well as giving up and coming comic actors larger roles.
