Andy's Recommendation of the week :

Mountain - with Griff Rhys Jones

Ok I know i've had a few science and natural history recommendations in the past few weeks but I thought Griff Rhys Jones's new series deserved a mention.

Griff's journey explores five different mountain ranges throughout the country including the Pennines, Snowdonia, and Scotland. The series investigates sports, lives and inspiration for great artists all found in the mountains.

Len's Recommendation of the week :

Feile an Phobail - West Belfast 5-12 August
Ardoyne Fleadh - 4-12 August

Running for over 20 years the West Belfast festival is Europe's largest community festival. Together with the Ardoyne Fleadh it provides a great showcase of Ulster talent. There is something for every taste from Irish traditional music to top DJs like David Holmes, a celebration of Belfast punk and art exhibitions.

Adama - Limbo

Describing Adama's style creates interesting thoughts within those who try to do so. Adama's rich, velvet voice brings to mind visions of Sade, Seal and Dido. The music, electronica by nature, is strong with pop-appeal, inviting the word-of-mouth genre/term, electro-pop, for company.

Started out writing and recording synthpop music in 1989 and continued to develop and write more new wave material. In addition I have also recorded some ambient music and a fair share of dance and trance music. Currently working on more electronic based material.
