Andy's Recommendation of the week :

Memory Almost Full
Paul McCartney

Old Macca's had it a bit hard recently. But just like Alan Partridge he's bouncing back with a great new album.

I'm not going to talk about all the trouble with Ms Mills, not going to mention how the whole country get behind one of our heroes at a time like this.

Released on the Starbucks label, a brave move which meant that it wouldn't appear correctly in the Album charts.

Paul's made an outstanding new album, moody in parts, fast in others and every track more memorable than the one before.

Memory Almost Full is an amazing new album, in shops now.

Len's Recommendation of the week :

RUSSELL BRAND’S PONDERLAND

Not a typical Essex boy, Russell Brand has described himself as looking like an “S&M Willy Wonka”. In my view Brand is a great English eccentric for the 21st century. His unique style incorporates, black eyeliner, drainpipe jeans and long shaggy backcombed hair. A strange Dickensian/gothic figure he has brought his twisted take on life to radio, TV and the stand up circuit.

In Ponderland he takes a break from his hectic schedule to contemplate the world though the medium of old TV clips.
